All new user requests and orders have to be approved by us. We will not be approving orders after 4 pm. If you submit your order after 4pm, it will not go out until the next day. Normal turn-around is 2 days (order placed on Monday, received on Wednesday).

For both programs, no purchase order is necessary for you. You must, however, provide your grant number. The Supply Center pays all the invoices and does an interdepartmental transfer to collect your payments. Please use your confirmation emails as your receipts.

Picking up your primers for both suppliers: You will be called when your order is ready for pickup. All orders will be at the receptionist desk in the ICMB main office. Orders can be picked up during the regular ICMB office hours. Please do not call the receptionist to inquire about your order. If she doesn't call you, she doesn't have it.
