*Most fragment samples are run on the 3130XL. This instrument runs 16 samples at one time. Runs with fewer than 8 samples will be charged for 8 samples per run. Examples:

18 samples will be charged as 24 (16+8)
70 samples will be charged as 72 (4*16+8)
